Join us on May 1 in Atmore, AL at Tom Byrne Park for Mayfest 2010, a community festival with a true, small town flavor.   Tom Byrne Park offers the perfect setting for this event which includes arts and crafts, a Beautiful Baby Contest and much more.  You’ll want to bring a lawn chair and settle in for a full schedule of professional and local entertainment on the Gazebo Stage.  For the children there is a Fun Zone area that includes inflatable rides, a strolling magician, and much more.  Or, come for lunch and enjoy a variety of food offered by local and commercial vendors.

For the sports enthusiast, Mayfest 2010 offers a variety of activities in which to participate or be a spectator.  Girl’s softball and Babe Ruth baseball tournaments will take place in the sports complex surrounding the park.  For more information on these events, contact the Chamber at (251) 368- 3305.  The Atmore Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to accept or deny vendor applications.  No refunds will be made for cancellation, removal for cause or acts of God.

____ Arts and Crafts Show

Artists and craftsmen are encouraged to display original work.  Space preference will be given to these artisans.  Please submit a photograph of display and stamped self-addressed envelope.  Booth spaces, measuring 12’ x 12’ are $45.  There is limited electricity available in this area.   We will try, but cannot guarantee special space requests.   Exhibits must be in place by 9:00 a.m. and should not be removed prior to closing at 5:00 p.m. 

____ Commercial Spaces

A limited number of commercial spaces are available at $75 each for manufactured items that are appropriate for this venue.  Please submit photo of display with stamped self addressed envelope for return.   There is no electricity available in this area.  Exhibits must be in place by 9:00 a.m. and should not be removed prior to 5:00 p.m.
