The festival food court is located in Tom Byrne Park.  Each space is approximately 20' x 20'; Fee is $250 per space which includes one electrical outlet.  Additional outlets are available at $25 each.    Please submit a photo of your set-up along with this application.

Once again, Pepsi Cola Bottling Co., our festival sponsor will have an exclusive on carbonated drink sales. Food vendors serving soft drinks will be required to sell Pepsi products.  These may be purchased on site from our local distributor.  Type (canned, bottled, fountain) to be determined.  A refund will be given at the end of the day on any unopened cases.  If you need ice, there is a self-serve ice trailer within a couple of blocks from the park.  Questions?  Call the chamber at 251.368.3305

 

                                               

                                                     INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

 

I, ____________________________, am authorized by my club or organization, ________________________, to execute this agreement to bind all persons who are officers, employees, agents, servants, or volunteers for said club or organization, and do hereby, on behalf of said club or organization, agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Atmore Area Chamber of Commerce and all of their agents, servants, employees or members, from any and all liability to me, my club or organization, or any employee, officer, agent, servant or volunteer for said club or organization on account of or in any way arising out of personal injury or property damage incurred in connection with or related to Mayfest 2010.

It is the responsibility of the vendor to comply with Alabama Public Health guidelines for outdoor food services.  Contact Jason Gurganus, Public Health Environmentalist by calling (251) 368-9188.  As coordinators of Mayfest 2010, the Atmore Area C of C reserves the right to accept or deny vendor applications.  No refunds will be made for cancellation, removal for cause or acts of God.  In case of severe weather, Mayfest will not be rescheduled.
